Sarama is an AI business operating system built in Basel, Switzerland. One platform replaces your CRM, email, campaigns, booking, forms, and automation — powered by AI digital employees you hire from a marketplace or build yourself. Data stored in Zurich. Plans start at CHF 25/seat/month.
The role
You sell Sarama to small and medium businesses, agencies, and consultants who are tired of duct-taping six tools together. The product sells itself once people see it. Your job is to get it in front of the right people.
- Identify and reach out to SMBs, agencies, and freelancers who need a CRM, email, campaigns, or booking
- Run demos that show how AI digital employees replace manual work
- Close deals and onboard new customers
- Build relationships in your market — DACH, Spain, or the Americas
- Feed product insights back to the founder
What we are looking for
- Experience selling SaaS, CRM, or business software
- You understand how small businesses operate and what they need
- Comfortable with outbound — cold email, LinkedIn, events, whatever works
- Fluent in English plus at least one of: German, Spanish, French, or Italian
- Self-motivated — this is a founder-led company, not a corporate sales floor
